The Green Anaconda is one of the largest and most powerful snakes in the world, capable of growing up to 30 feet in length. They are predominantly aquatic and known for their impressive girth.

Unlike many snakes that lay eggs, green anacondas give birth to live young. A female can give birth to 20–40 babies at a time, each about 2 feet long. While many babies fall prey to predators, those that survive grow rapidly.
