Known for its colourful history of buccaneers, whalers, and early settlers, Floreana has a mystique all its own and is filled with stories of mystery and intrigue.

Attractions

Post Office Bay, where 18th-century whalers used a barrel as an unofficial mail drop.

Activities

Snorkelling the underwater volcanic crater of Devil’s Crown for views of the island’s vibrant marine life. Floreana also has some spectacular flamingo-filled lagoons and black-sand beaches.
