The Sworn Declaration Form, also known as the "Declaración Juramentada de Mercancías," is a digital document that replaces the previous paper-based system. It must be completed online within 48 hours prior to your flight to the Galápagos. The form is available in both English and Spanish and the initiative aims to enhance biosecurity measures and protect the unique ecosystem of the islands.

And yes, even if you're exploring the Galápagos Islands by expedition ship, you are still required to complete the form.
