Karen Edwards

Karen Edwards is a freelance editor and writer of over 20 years who has also worked as an expedition cruise guide in varied regions around the world. These include The Kimberley in Australia, Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea, the Indian Ocean, Alaska, and the Far East of Russia, Patagonia, South Georgia, and Antarctica. 

Her travel experiences have made Karen all the more passionate about and committed to positive impact tourism, leading her to further study environment and sustainability in tourism. She is the author of 'The Responsible Traveller – a guide to reducing environmental and social impact while travelling'.
