Over 53% of the food served on board hails from the Galapagos Islands – including meats, cheeses, bread, various fruit and vegetables, while others such as coffee, cacao, bananas and pineapple arrive from the Ecuadorian mainland.

The menus on board are a true art form, crafted by skilled chefs led by Executive Ecuadorian Chef Francisco Vintimilla. Fresh, locally caught seafood, seasonal produce, and farm-sourced ingredients highlight the flavours of the region.

Gourmet treats await after each shore excursion, along with an inviting afternoon tea service.
Dining accommodates a variety of preferences. Vegetarian options are always available, and vegan or gluten-free meals can be prepared upon request.

Guests can also enjoy an espresso martini demonstration featuring Islander Galapagos coffee and a craft beer tasting highlighting Reptilia, an artisanal brew from Santa Cruz.
