Over 53% of the food served on board hails from the Galapagos Islands – including meats, cheeses, bread, various fruit and vegetables, while others such as coffee, cacao, bananas and pineapple arrive from the Ecuadorian mainland.

The menus on board are a true art form, crafted by skilled chefs led by Executive Ecuadorian Chef Francisco Vintimilla. Fresh, locally caught seafood, seasonal produce, and farm-sourced ingredients highlight the flavours of the region.

Indulge in a dining experience that blends creativity and culinary excellence, inspired by the renowned Relais & Châteaux philosophy. Start the day with a buffet-style breakfast. Enjoy a diverse and satisfying buffet lunch later in the day. In the evening, savour a refined four-course dinner, beautifully plated and introduced by a delightful amuse-bouche. Gourmet treats await after each shore excursion, along with an inviting afternoon tea service.
Dining accommodates a variety of preferences. Vegetarian options are always available, and vegan or gluten-free meals can be prepared upon request.

Signature Cocktails, Fine Wines, and Island Flavours

A cosy indoor bar invites guests to enjoy signature cocktails, a selection of red, white, and rosé wines, beer, sodas, juices, coffee, tea, and snacks. Beverages are included under the open bar policy, with premium wines and spirits available for an additional cost. Guests can also enjoy an espresso martini demonstration featuring Islander Galapagos coffee and a craft beer tasting highlighting Reptilia, an artisanal brew from Santa Cruz.
