Competition Terms & Conditions

 

  • Promoter

    • This competition is organised by [explorearth.com/Travel Navigator Limited] (“the Promoter”).

  • Eligibility

    • Open to residents aged 18 and over.

    • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.

  • How to Enter

    • Entries must be submitted via [website form, member form].

    • Only one entry per person is permitted.

  • Prize

    • Three winners will each receive one signed book. An inconvenience of penguins by Jamie Lafferty

    • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

  • Competition Period

    • The competition opens on [start date] and closes at 23:59 on 30 September 2025.

    • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

  • Winner Selection

    • Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

    • The draw will take place on 1 October 2025.

    • Winners will be notified by email within 7 days.

  • Claiming the Prize

    • Winners must respond within 14 days of being contacted.

    • If a winner does not respond, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  • Data Protection

    • Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition.

    • By entering, participants agree to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

  • General

    • The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time.

    • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
